My name is Chris Gardner, and spring of 2012 was my first semester back to college in 20 years. In that time I have been busy raising 4 super kids. I am recently divorced and decided that in order to make my life better for my kids and myself that I needed to finish school. I was waiting for my youngest to start 1st grade so I could give my studies the attention and focus I need to to do well. I have been overwhelmed, and was scared at first, but everyone has been incredibly kind and supportive, especially my kids. They are wonderful! It's been challenging yet exciting, and I am learning much more than I ever thought I would!
